My fps no matter what I did, even with optifine, all settings at minimum sucked. Turns out my system power setting was set to Power Saver. Went to High performance... FPS shot up again!
i have the same problem, i have a dell xps 8700
windows 8.1
600 watt power supply
8 gigs ram
1 tb hard drive
geforce gtx 750 ti 2 gb
i have tried everything i have seen on the forums, changed priorities, allocated all my ram/half/quarter. reinstalled drivers and games alike four or more times, rolled back drivers, went back to new drivers, dedicated graphics card to minecraft, nothing has worked, i haven't found any kind of solution i stay at 17 fps and it wont change much when i mess with the graphics settings, i have tweaked everything i can think of, and nothing is working, i would really like to play my game again, if anyone has found a solution please help me
