I had a world with a massive creation. I had played for weeks.
Right before the 1.3.0 update, which added cheats, I added single player commands to be able to build a deep well.
The 1.3.0 update automatically added the In-game cheats, since I had spc enabled. Now I can't toggle it off.
I do not want to play with cheats, so now the world is basically ruined.

Is there any way to edit some files or to toggle OFF the cheats?

The easy way would be to ignore that you are able to use those cheats.
However, if you really want to turn them off, get NBTedit. Use it to edit your world's level.dat, which is located in your .minecraft/saves/worldName/ directory.
Set allowCheats to 0, save the file and start having fun

P.S.: You may want to make a backup of your level.dat, just in case you mess it up.

Well, this did not work completely... Now I am stuck with creative mode.. I tried to set wordtype (or whatever it was) to 0, to change it to survival, but it did not work..
