The question up there applies.

my specs are,
AMD A8-3870 APU with
Radeon HD Graphics
3.00 ghz, 2.99 GB of RAM (I have 8 GB but I haven't got a hold on a copy of windows 7 yet)

I would like something free and If not free than less than 30$
(I am 11 and have other things I want to get)
Can anyone help Me???

yeah I have some morals so I don't want to pirate it. I tried bandicam and it has bad quality.

You can try afterburner.

I've had people say they can't install it with out a MSI video card.. But it works for me. It's free, and the record quality is very similar to fraps. You'll need something to process the video after recording.
