Look at the lines on the blocks http://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/7870497096/in/photostream theres more photos and its happening on all things. i dont know hats going on and it's really bugging me, and dropping fps

Either disable this or, better yet, enable Antialiasing - Transparency (nvidia - not sure what this is called for AMD).
