Hey guys, i just want to know how to improve my FPS. I'm using Optifine
Graphics: Fast
Render Distance: Tiny
Smooth Lighting: Off
Performance: Max FPS
Bobbing: Off
GUI: Normal
Open GL: Fast
Brightness: Bright
Chunk Loading: Smooth
Fog: Off
And everything else set to the fastest setting.
I even ended "explorer.exe", disabled my antivirus, and have windows set to best performance, etc.
I can't allocate more than 1gb or memory to java, cuz i only have 2gb RAM.
When playing under these conditions (with no other tabs open) my FPS is 8-28, with 23+ being very rare, and FPS fluctuates quite a bit.
Also, I'm using FML, Rei's minimap, TF2 Teleporters, Optifine, and Too Many Items for my mods.
I can provide any additional info if needed.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!!
