every pic mines blocks help

Theres a problem with my minecraft every time i mine an ore block like diamond iron and laps etc with anypic that can mine it....it dosent drop ore it just gives me the oreblock it just started today and i deleted my .minecraft file destroyed my iteams restarted my com and it still is doing it its a glitch and idk whats happening i wonder how to fix this

well the problem abotu thsi is that when i go onto servers i dotn wanna be acused of hacking and get introuble it is not enchanted

Do you mean like if you mine the block it give you the ore BLOCK instead of the actual ore? If so that is natural for iron and gold.
