It was playing fine yesterday, but after a system restore (virus issues), it no longer opens, i am running java 7 update 6. Side note, in task-manager under "processes" a Javaw.exe shows up for about half a second every time i launch the game.
What i have tried:
Browser version (goes to a white screen after 3 sec of InWorld gameplay)
Compatibility mode
re-installing java
Another system restore
deleting .minecraft
running with a .bat
EDIT: After using "magic launcher" i was able to start a single player world. but the game crashes after around 15 sec, no errors, nothing, just ends. much like the browser version.

Also, after doing a system restore, it's possible that your drivers reverted back to the windows default it may be wise to update the from the card manufactorer
Try updating your video card drivers from the graphics card manufacturer instead of windows update
If you don't know how to do that, or still have issues please also post a dxdiag report:
To obtain the DxDiag file:
Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time).
Type in DxDiag and press Enter or click OK. This will open the DirectX diagnostic tool.
Click on the Save All Information Button
Save this file to your Windows desktop and name it dxdiag.

Also, i get the Permission denied: connect: java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect.
In the console when i try to open up my minecraft server, feed the beast, or the advanced error test. Here's what comes up with the error test: http://pastebin.com/jcM0dHec
The last part was when i tried to join a server and it said: Failed to login: java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect.
Please reply soon with some help.

-I also have JRE6u31, JRE6u34, and JRE6u37 installed because when i try to uninstall them i get: Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
Please help, I've tried a bunch of different things and none of them have worked.

Ah thats a simple one, haven't tried it yet. i've looked all over and cant find the link to download it, could you direct me to it?
and im guessing i should delete my old java files before install?
