Well this problem has been going on for about 2 weeks now, I am getting mad because I can seem to fix it. I have tried alot of things like run as admin, delete .minecraft, 256 color mode. I know it has to be something with my computer and my firewall was down when i tried so it should no be blocking the connections....

Probably the Java 7 IPv6 issue. Workaround here. Or use the latest patched version of Java 6 instead.

i tryed what you said and i also has the latest java but still nothing but like i said i so not have the .minecraft folder in appdata like i said i removed it so it could reset but that was not the problem

Okay Update:

I also tryed adding inbound and outbound connect bypasses for minecraft but that did not seem to work. This is what i have done so far

• Deleted .minecraft
• Run as admin
• Updated java to 7.6
• re-added the .minecraft file through a cracked minecraft
• added the run.bat thing
• and edited the firewall

So im still not sure what to do and i really want to play becuase i have not played 1.3.x yet

Okay now this is making me very angry and im really not sure what to do I downgraded to java 6 update 34 and i removed the other update of jave i still cant connect but now i get this:

Okay, can you check if you have any outstanding Windows Updates to install, especially a .NET Framework update.

Nope There is not and im not sure what to do from this point on if maybe u want to jump on TV maybe and see what you might be able to do
