HIya,

I purchased minecraft and downloaded it 2 days ago, no matter what every time we exited the inventory it crashes and we have to restart.

I have updated java, reinstalled etc... Any ideas

try force updating your minecraft

I was getting the same error. I tried updating lwjgl (http://www.minecraft...g-thread/#lwjgl) and restarted a few time with no luck. While searching for a way to force update I went into the control setting and found several actions (forward, jump, drop) mapped to the same button. Once I fixed that the game stopped crashing.
