So I just updated to the 1.3.2 version of Minecraft (I hadn't updated since before 1.3.1 before I did so) and now with all modding I try to do, it crashes(after I log in, before the start menu). I will triple-check it is an updated mod, install it how they say to (whether with a mod loader or direct to the minecraft.jar file), and then find the screen may flash the Mojang logo and then crash. I really miss having at least Rei's minimap and I would love to know if there is some way I can get this (or others) to work.
Easy solution. I use MagicLauncher (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/939149-launcher-magic-launcher-099-mods-options-news/). It loads all your mods for you, you can have a vanilla jar for less crashes, it makes sure all mods are compatible, it makes sure if you need mod loader or not, you can toggle mods, and so much more. Check that thread out. You wont regret it.

I installed and used the MagicLauncher and it makes no difference. I install the mods via mcpatcher and nothing happens in the game. The combos don't do anything.
P.S Not all mods have been update for 1.3.2 so you might have to wait!
