1.3 does have commands. A feature for when you create a world. I'd still download Single Player Commands though. 1.3 commands seriously suck. Can't use life-saving commands like '/back'.
You obviously are being a smartass, or you're just not very perceptive. He's asking about the mod SinglePlayerCommands. Not the Cheats. If he wanted the build-in commands, he'd say "How do I use single player commands" not "How do I download single player commands".
Maybe you should look at the pages I linked before commenting they're wrong. They dont link to the mod, they link to the Wiki page for the in game (vanilla) commands. They are updated.
OP, dont leave me hanging, I know you changed your post. Before it asked something like "where can I find the commands for 1.3.2"
You get commands built in since 1.3.1. When making a world, make the cheats setting ON. If you want to upgrade your world that you made without cheats, open to LAN and allow cheats. You'll have to do the LAN thing whenever you re-join the world.
