So...when you double-click on the .exe file, the window doesn't appear? Try playing in-browser.
i did try to play in the brower but when i do it is very glitchy yes the window does not appear and it askes if i trust the game so i click run but then nothing happens after that
Exactly the same here (Win7Lap), but at least I can start MC. I don't have a clue what's going on, unless you have a bad Graphics Card or Graphics Software. That's all I know.
See above. And the Vista part was making fun of how bad Vista was. Although have you seen Win8 yet?
i have a pretty good graphic chip

The specs for the game are really low, a Commodore 64 could run this. and MC works on Vista.
No, to run the game without lag, you have to have some specs, including at least a Pentium (or it's AMD equivalent; make sure it's dual core) and a non-integrated GPU (which I do not have currently, alas).
And of course, you need Java. Of course, the OP's Minecraft was working previously, so unless he absentmindedly deleted his Java, or Oracle did a ninja update, I don't know what happened.

It was a joke!
I have this installed on a three year old laptop and it runs just fine. :V
Sounds like your java some how got corrupted. I had the same thing happen to me during some failed modding attempts. You need to system restore your computer to the last time it worked. There is a lot of ways to find out how to system restore on google so look there.

You deleted your bin? Or your Jar?
Did you try modding it? Is it pirated?

Don't delete the bin, but too late, just go reinstall the game. Open your minecraft launcher, go to options, click force update and run the game.
