I changed my skin, but it's not showing up in 1.3 Pre. It still shows my old skin. I went back to 1.2.5, and the new skin is there, and it also shows up in 12w30b (the latest snapshot I have before the prerelease). I even downloaded 1.3.1 Pre, but no difference. Still does not have the new skin.
I tried it on two different computers, and tried a fresh load of 1.2.5 and upgrading to 1.3 Pre, but still cannot get teh new skin to show up.
Can be an issue with amazon (where it downloads the skin from). Try again later.

I also ordered a Kindle book from Amazon this morning, and it took a few hours before they sent it to my Kindle. Status kept saying "Pending" on their site. Might be related (or might not).
