title says it all. and don't suggest going on the launcher, because if that's all it took i wouldn't have posted. Every time i try to log in it gives me login failed, no matter how many times I try or if get it right or not. It's not in the recycle bin, I deleted the folder because it was ruined by a mod pack I downloaded. I do have backups, but I have no Idea how to make the backup work. sorry if the fix is blatantly obvious, I'm new to this sort of thing.
Reinstating backups is just doing the reverse of how you made them. If all you did was copy the minecraft folder, then all you have to do is copy your backups into the working folder.
As a standard rule, everything deleted by the user is moved to the recycling bin and held there until emptied. If its emptied, theres no getting back.
u can rename your .minecraft folder then then force update then put your precious files in the new .minecraft and press yes when it says

I deleted my .technic file because tekkit classic had a bug, I then re installed it and all my saves were gone to the recycle bin. can I get them back plz help

You don't. If you lost your one copy of the world save, your not getting it back without some very very expensive data recovery services.
