Alright dang it Now I have the animal cloning problem back! I went into my world and found.. No animals at all but dozens and dozens of pigs! Then, It froze and crashed without an error log.. Urgh.Proof pictures:

After installing the LWGFG or whatever its called.. Java libary indexer or something? I managed to play single player, for so long I quit out of boredom. No crashes! But still heaps of pigs.
I tried the survival games multiplayer and got the javaw.exe encountered a problem error. I blame the server though.
And I hear a pig snort, and the sound triples and repeats really fast like Gru-.. GRUGRUGRUGRUGRU
Then my Minecraft just imediatly shuts down, super quick, No crash report. This was after I used a registry cleaner.
