Here are a some ideas on how mushrooms should be improved.
1: Should be eatable, but with a price. (it could heal hearts but depending on the mushroom, the side-effects could be dizziness,slowness,weakness or damage)
2: Should be brew-able. (I've been thinking about this for a while and it makes perfect sense, although i'm not sure what the potion would do.)
3: More mushrooms. (blue,black,white,orange,yellow... etc These could all have different abilities and properties)
What do you guys think, should they be added? If so, which one?
I would like to have a chance of poisonous fungi on hard-hardcore mode
It would make it harder if there were mushrooms that were almost the same but if you picked the wrong one it could be deadly. Then you would have to walk around with a mushroom guide book :biggrin.gif:
improving huge mushrooms would be great either.
Purple, yellow and green small mushrooms should produce huge, but GLOWING (wityh light 10 or less) in corresponding color. Imagine a Mushroom island (or even better - cavern) gently lit with purple or "nuclear" green glow :smile.gif:
I would especially want a mushroom that either heals some health or hurts you. The outcome is random. I would like to have the risk of it healing me or killing me.
They could make it so that one variety of mushroom hurts or heals you while the other fills you up or makes you hungrier. There's no practical use for this, but it does add flavour, and I like flavour.
I didn't know mushrooms weren't brew-able. That's just odd.
If they add any new mushrooms...well, I think they should try and limit it to yellow or white. You know, keep it in the realistic spectrum of mushroom colours. The white ones could softly glow green at night.

I had a great Idea. if they added say six more types surround one gold with all of the types and you can get a super mushroom (best name I could think of) The super mushroom can fully heal your heath and hunger bar OR make the heath half a heart and have the hunger at zero
