Frostenlands would be, obviously, a cold, brutal biome. It would only appear on Hardcore, and you would have to set the world gen type to Frostenlands.
Frostenlands would be the first biome to completely use the 256 height limit. Steep, cave filled mountains jab at the top of the map, coated with layers of ice. Snow, instead of only forming one layer, piles up very quickly, and it is always snowing. Vast lakes span for miles, and dense forest slows your travels. Deep ravines and pits litter the landscape, and usually are surrounded by ice (a new, clearish ice block would have to be made, slipperier than normal ice) , and they just wait for you to fall in. Seed containing grass, a lifesaver, is rarely found. Sharp cliffs eject from mountainsides.
Frostenlands also introduces several new mobs, and utilizes old ones in new ways. No other mobs will spawn here.
1.)Wolf-Wolves spawn in the Frostenlands, but they spawn agressive, and with an Ice wolf.
2.)Ice wolf-A wolf twice the size of a normal wolf. Slight bluish tint. This agressive mob is very fast. Has 15 hearts and does 3 hearts of damage. In order to tame a group of wolves, you must kill this wolf.
3.)Ice zombie-Normal zombie strength, but double the hearts and half the speed. Arrows won't penetrate its frozen body.
4.)Feral pig-Still drops pork, but is neutral instead of passive. Attacks in packs, and does .5 hearts of damage.
5.)Frozen skeleton-This is a skeleton that got a nice soak, then froze. Its very brittle, only having 3 hearts, but attacks in large groups. Exposure to fire will instantly kill them. These are slow moving mobs, and can only manage to hit you with their frozen bows, dealing 2 hearts of damage.
6.)Desperate adventurer-Looks like Steve, but frozen. Placing a block of fire will make him vanish, but not helping him will make him attack you. Turns into an Ice Zombie at night.
7.)Talon spider-These spiders use their talons to move at insane speeds across ice, and of course, to shread you alive. Attempting to outrun them on ice will result in a swift death, but they get caught up in snow because they can't stand on top of it.
8.)Mountain goat-Obviously only spawns in mountainous regions. This is where you get wool.. If you shear too many, members of the group will buck you off the mountains. (They have a knockback of 5 blocks) If you attack them, they will buck you off too.
9.)Frozen Creeper-Instead of exploding, these generate a thick sphere of ice that can suffocate you.
10.)Yak-Like a cow, but behaves like a Feral Pig, and is darker. Can be milked.

> Most mobs are reskins or just old mobs that have some sort of ice theme attached.
Seems legit.
This doesn't seem to add much. We have two frozen biomes already and the only original mob here is the Adventurer and he just sounds silly. The rest are reskins, "boss" variants, or just ice-themed rip-offs of current mobs.
It is an interesting but depressing reality that most politicians are just regular people with power. And most people would be as bad as politicians if only they could get some power.
