Nether villages will generate on lava oceans. They will have paths made of netherrack. All cobblestone in Overworld villages will be replaced by netherbrick; wood planks will be replaced by red netherbrick; wood logs will be replaced by magma blocks; water will be replaced by lava; dirt will be netherrack; farmland will be replaced by soul sand; doors will be replaced by iron doors; windows will be made of netherbrick fences; torches will be replaced with the block they are placed on being replaced by glowstone. All fences will be netherbrick; farms will grow nether warts. All slabs and stairs will be netherbrick.
Villagers will be called "pyromancers" and will trade gold as a currency. They can open doors. You can gain blaze rods, nether quartz, and other nether items via trade with pyromancers. They are completely immune to fire.
Iron golems will be called "lava golems" and are also immune to fire. They perform the same functions as a normal iron golem and can be created with magma blocks and a pumpkin in the same fashion as you would build an iron golem.
End
End villages will generate on the outer islands. They need not generate on land. They will have paths made of end stone. All cobblestone in Overworld villages will be replaced by end stone bricks; wood planks will be replaced by purpur blocks; wood logs will be replaced by purpur pillars; dirt will be end stone; farmland will be replaced by end stone; doors will be replaced by iron doors. Farms will grow chorus plants. All slabs and stairs will be purpur.
Villagers will be called "aeromancers" and will trade diamond as a currency. They can open iron doors. You can gain various end items via trade with aeromancers. They can fly.
Iron golems will be called "end golems" and can also fly. They perform the same functions as a normal iron golem and can be created with end stone blocks and a pumpkin in the same fashion as you would build an iron golem.
{dimension} villages will generate on {location in dimension}. They will have paths of {common block in dimension}. All cobblestone in Overworld villages will be replaced by {brick variant of common block}; wood planks will be replaced by {secondary block in dimension}; wood logs will be replaced by {rarer block of the dimension}; water will be replaced by {liquid of dimension, delete sentence if not applicable}; dirt will be {same common block as before}; farmland will be replaced by {other rarer block, common block again if not applicable}; doors will be replaced by iron doors; windows will be made of {fence variant, delete sentence if not applicable}; torches will be replaced with {light source block, don't include end rods cuz reasons}. All fences will be will {fence variant, delete if not applicable}; farms will grow {only farming food of the dimension}. All slabs and stairs will be {stair/slab variant from the dimension}.
Villagers will be called {spin of necromancer that relates to dimension} and will trade emeralds as a currency. They can open doors. You can gain {items from dimension} via trade with {villager name}. They can {superpower related to the dimension}.
Iron golems will be called {word relating to dimension, if none available just use the dimension name} and can also {villager superpower}. They perform the same functions as a normal iron golem and can be created with {unique/only natural block from dimension} and a pumpkin in the same fashion you would build an iron golem.

Is this a game of mad libs or a suggestion? None of this is unique, it's all copy pasted from Overworld Villages. You can add a new block to the End to fill some blank spaces, but instead you have End Stone taking a bunch of roles. I'm not against other dimension villages, but there needs to be something original that isn't a complete copy. There should also be a reason for going to the village in the first place.
Sorry to say this feels like simple copycatting of villagers of the Overworld and giving them a new coat of paint. And taking the iron golem and making a "lava golem" and "end golem" isn't very creative.

Yeah, that guy in the avatar is me. I'm *that* strange. It happens. Sometimes people act like that. Just go with it. I can offer help with suggestions even before you post them - NOT make your suggestions - but help you with them.
Fishg was right, it looks like once you got done with Nether Villages, you copy-pasted the exact text and replaced a few words in order to quickly make a version for The End.
If you want to sell me on a new kind of Village, you gotta put real effort into it. Don't copy-paste the buildings from Overworld Villages, come up with your own. Don't put exact clones of Villagers in them, put in hostile mobs or passive mobs that serve a certain purpose. Don't make exact clones of Iron Golems, come up with a new kind of Villager defense: maybe the Villagers can defend themselves, or have certain animals that fight for them?
(Here's an idea: For the End Villages, the Villagers look like some kind of alien being in order to fit the "space-y" feel of The End, and they live in futuristic-looking towers. The Villages are filled with trapped chests full of loot, the trapped chests being linked to a new "alarm" block. The Alien Villagers are normally peaceful, but if they are attacked or an alarm block goes off, they will attack the player.
In addition to all this, the alarm block can be mined and taken back to the Overworld, and when it's powered by redstone, it can make all neutral mobs be aggravated towards the nearest player. Possibly useful for making traps, either for Endermen/Spiders/Other Neutral mobs or for players if you have many of these neutral mobs in a giant pit.)
Also, I don't really think that The End needs "villages", considering we already have cities in them. (So in that example I mentioned, maybe rename the Villages to "Colonies" or something more creative?) While I do think that both the Nether and End deserve more stuff to make them more interesting, it needs to be more original than an exact clone of Overworld stuff.

My avatar is a texture from a small block game I made in Python. It's not very good and it probably won't work if you install it.
I'm very alone in my Minecraft worlds as I don't have a very good internet connection to run a server. If you're like me, you might be interested in my Posse mod suggestion.
I don't see this being necessary. The Nether already has nether fortresses, making nether villages obsolete, and The End has end cities. The only differences between your idea of those villages and the ones already implemented are the inhabitants and style of the structures. Not to mention, yours is basically just a recolor of the normal villages. The mobs aren't special either, they're just reskinned villagers, except for the trades.
The problem I have with this is that it's too similar to Overworld villages, they trade emeralds and everything else is basically just reskinned.
I like the idea of dimensional villages, but the End villages should simply be an expanding of the End Cities instead of creating it's own structure (which would also make the village risky to go in, but hopefully with high reward). For being called a "city" the End cities could use a bit more content, and it would be a nice place to put the village in. The shulkers would serve as the golems.
For the nether, I somewhat prefer the idea having an uneasy alliance with pigmen, where you can "trade" with them but have to be careful about getting on their bad side. Gold would be a more fitting currency in this case. Also the trades shouldn't remove the need to kill mobs in the Nether (as the blaze rod thing would do).

Pyromancers are 100% immune to fire, so this would not be a problem. Also, there cannot be any wood in nether villages, since they will burn down.

I like the nether village idea but not the end village.

I like the concept but don't fully agree with the block choices. But you have my support.
