So you know how the Overworld has Lilly Pads? The Nether should have them too. They're in the shape of Lilly Pads and have the same texture of Nether Bricks. They only spawn in The Nether. They can be harvested and place them on Lava in the Overworld, though. However, since they'll probably fall into the Lava before you collect it, there's a way to craft it. It's shapeless and requires a Lilly Pad and Blaze Powder. The reason I think it should be added is so that you can easily get across the Nether's pools of Lava.
No one uses lily pads. Why would anyone use this or even waste blaze powder to craft it?
No Support.
Uh, I use Lily pads. And I've seen plenty of other players use them too. They're particularly useful for starting a build out in the middle of an ocean biome, since they can be placed directly on top of a water block.
It's rare to see any one use lily pads, due to them being exclusive to the swamp biome, and people thinking they are utterly useless... I think it would be unique, but I rather change the crafting recipe to one obsidian in the middle surrounded by 8 lily pads to make an obsidian lily or something.

Though it's only a small addition, I think it would be useful for partially safe travel across lava and good for decoration.
I don't agree with the nether brick texture though, it should be something more "fire looking" since it's made out of blaze powder.

Sir I beg to disagree
Onto the suggestion. A nice aesthetic inclusion only, as there doesn't seem to be much use in using them. Bridging lava? No thanks, I'd rather do it the safe way with water and/ or cobblestone.
It's a rather small suggestion, I don't see how it would hurt. But can you please provide more information?
What would this nether lillypad be called (If it's called Nether Lillypad, I was unable to notice)? How rare or abundant would they spawn? What kind of texture do they have? etc.

I believe they're called "Nether Lillies"
Title says so.

50-50 support, I don't really mind either way.
The only issue with using water is that it evaporates in the Nether.
Support, since I rather like lily pads aesthetically (directly on top of water) and this is a nice aesthetic addition (as well as an interesting block in adventure maps). It could also be used as a way to bridge over lava in the Nether (it's safer than sneaking over the lava and placing blocks, although they probably wouldn't do well with Ghast fireballs).

What kind of texture would it have? I'm not sure how to make my own textures, but it's pretty much a Lilly Pad except it's the color of Nether Brick. They have the same abundance as the Lilly Pads in the overworld.

You know how sunflower plains is the only area to have sunflowers? I think that should be how it is with Nether lilies. In small pockets, not everywhere, and about half as common as ones in swamps.

Capture bats and other mobs in a small cage!
Bedrock edition: Using nether quartz to measure light levels
If added I would use them if I wanted a home in the nether or the overworld.
Check out Mineplex, it's a very
popularcrappy server.I'm stuck at home , yay!
Oi, do you want to change the world? Yup
Then get off your bottom and see how many things you can do to help the environment.

I am a friend of all Snow Golem kind.
It will be a similar texture. Not the same texture like the way stairs and slabs handle it.
Not the same texture, but the same color.
