So I was killing some Blazes and thought of a cool way to create a charged creeper. When a Creeper gets hit by a fire charge shot by a Blaze (or Ghast) then it becomes a Charged Creeper. I thought this would be neat way because you would have to create a system to push them into the nether, lure them to a Blaze and then a Blaze shoot them, all without the Creeper exploding. What do you think?

I know about the mob heads, but the idea of a mob head that it is hard to obtain, so making it possible to get more charged creepers, makes the heads worthless. Also this method can be farmed very easily.
I don't see how this would actually work. We're expected to
1) Drag a creeper into the nether
2) Drag it into a nether fortress and get it into the path of a blaze
3) Not let it die
4) Drag it BACK into the overworld
5) Let it blow up to kill mobs for their heads?
All while trying to not let it blow up? Or die in the nether?
This isn't realistically possible, and also, you could argue that by giving players any sort of control on charging creepers is going to devalue mob heads.

People are setting up loads of creeper farms. While this removes the random aspect of the whole thing, it would be hard to do without proper set up. I think this could be done easy with minecarts.

Why would you want a charged creeper anyways?
