I think mobs should be more varied. For example spiders can already spawn with random potion effects and zombies and skeletons can spawn with armor, I think that other mods should have a chance to have
special abilities also
Overworld Mobs
Creepers
Don't argue that about charged creepers because they are so rare there existence is almost negligible.
A new variety of creeper would be the bombadier creeper. This creeper can explode twice he has a 10% chance of spawning instead of a normal creeper.The new creeper can be charged and this would mean that the first explosoian is charged while the second is normal Slimes
size large slime will now have 20percent chance to be poisonous while medium slime scan inflict slowness. There is also the possibility that a slime could be a rocket slime meaning it an jump 10 blocks into the air once
Endermen
Enderman now have a rare chance to be warrior that have an AI that makes them naturally aggresive and do more damage, but they can only teleport 30 blocks every 30 seconds. Another type would be the builder who can pick up any block including pressure plates torches and empty chests. their AI tells them to try to make a hole in the wall if the player ishidden in a location the enderman cant reach by teleporting Witches A new variety of witches would be the alchemist, he has less health and can only throw harming potions in this case the witch is special rare mob while the alchemist is normal
Nether Mobs
Pigman Pigman can now be flaming pigman they appear to be on fire and are naturally hostile THIS DOES NOT AFFECT NEARBY PIGMAN when they hit you they can light you on fire they will have a fiery aura like a red charged creeper effect around them Blaze As experienced players know blazes shoot in bursts of three fire balls this new variety can shoot bursts of 4 with a shorter cooldown
Ghast Ghosts can be tri ghasts meaning the can shoot three fire balls making it more likely any single fireball will hit you this is not OP because ghasts have very slow fire balls
Creepers - I don't think we need any more variants of one of the most annoying and destructive mobs. A "super creeper" sounds very childish.
Slimes - A... "rocket slime"? I can be on board with a higher jumping slime, just not by that name. The poison thing is a bit much, no need for that really. So 50% support on this section.
Endermen - The warrior endermen doesn't sound very interesting.
Witches - The alchemist witch is not bad, but it's not a very different variant. Changing around the potions it uses doesn't sound it warrants the programming effort.
Pigmen - The flaming pigmen is interesting, and I do like it, but pigmen are quite tough enough.
Ghasts - Meh... Ghasts are pretty destructive enough. I wouldn't complain if Ghasts did that but I don't know if I'd care to support it either.
Wither Skeleton - I don't see why Mojang would energy in another similar boss just to make it shoot skulls differently.
So overall, the only thing I support is the higher jumping slime.

I find the idea poorly written. Grammar and spelling are horrible, as well as the subtitles and whatnot. I dislike most of the suggestion too.
We don't need a more powerful creeper, they are already as deadly as they should be.
The enderman seems OP and very annoying. The slimes, well, I do kind of like.
The poison slimes that can inflict a range of debuffs on you sound great, the rocket slime, not so much.
The witches is so poorly written that I could barely understand it, and even after I did understand, I did not like it.

About the ghasts, they dont have poor aim but there fireballs are quite slow and easy to dodge and deflected though they can be extermly dangerous if the player doesnt look around.

On to the actual suggestion. These variations, I find them pointless, and they would just be annoying.
Although, I do admit we need mob variations, just not like these. The variations should be unique, or the should bring a more....subtle change...like a zombie villager.
I do not understand your logic, the charged creeper is a harder buffed verison of the normal creeper
But it has some form of unique visual appearance, as well as jockey's and zombie villagers, even wither skeletons. A more interesting idea for a variant would be a rarer spawning Wither Pigman Skeleton, which is faster and occasionally has chain/iron armor
