Don’t you still have to replant by hand? If so it is semi-auto.
The only true full auto wheat farms that I know of involves a browncoat villager with his inventory (8 stacks) full of seeds, and a track with a hopper minecart running under all of the dirt, with automatic unload into a double chest.
The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
Those 'automatic' wheat farms are so old school that everyone knows how to do this already.
Real automatic wheat farms by today's standards involve browncoat villagers as Mehcraft above says. Just adding to that, make sure villagers don't cross chunk borders if you want your farm to be fail proof otherwise villagers crossing into chunk borders while the chunks unload might duplicate the villagers or cause is them to vanish. Yes, a lot of crazy stuff happens in chunk borders and/or during chunk unloading.
This isn't even remotely close to even being automatic, as said above villagers are a must, and even before farming with villagers was introduced, this would have just been a basic design... I don't know about win 10 edition or the consoles, but this is definitely not considered automatic in the java edition...
