Anyways, definitely take off Punch 2 and Smite 5. Those won't help at all. I'm pretty sure the Ender Dragon projectile isn't reduced by Projectile Protection, and Fire Protection is definitely useless against the Dragon.
TL;DR: For general gear, it's decent. Take off the Punch and Smite, and if you're making it specifically for the Dragon, then I'd say Protection 4 on the helmet, chestplate, and leggings, and on the boots Blast Protection 4 just in case the Ender Crystals don't cooperate.
