So I thought of making pens. I found PIGS AND CHICKENS.... But I couldn;t find the STUPID SHEEPS...

Are there any tips on how to find them?

Try traveling in one single direction at dawn, and heading back around mid-day if you haven't found any sheep yet. Ideally this should be a direction you haven't explored yet
