I'm part of a build team called The Rage Craft Room and we've developed several parkour/adventure/maze maps and some other minigames over the last year. Most of our builds are on Xbox One but we are expanding to 360 and PC. Here are some videos that overview some of those servers. If you'd like to see more content check out DreamerMMA on Youtube.
This first one is The Obsidian Alley server. It's built like an old school platform adventure with parkour, mobs, traps, gear, checkpoints, mazes and a hall of fame for those that complete the map.
Then we have The Whispering Eye server. A collection of parkour and maze challenges with enemy mobs, traps, gear, checkpoints and a hall of fame for those that finish. This is another linear map.
And finally, here we have a PVP server where players go through differerent themed biome levels hunting down other players, killing and looting them. Complete with shops, ender chest storage and enchanting.
