Its currently only for 1.7.10. As far as installation goes copy the 1.7.10 version folder in .minecraft, rename that copy and everything else in it to something like timelapse (make sure they are all named the same) open up the JSON file and replace the 1.7.10 with whatever you named the file. Open up the jar file and drag and drop the contents of both mod files you downloaded, delete the META INF file. that should get you up and running. Just make sure you are running that version file you added the mod contents to
