So it is Mojang's responsibility to ban hackers? Seriously? Not the server admins?
They can't really do much about hacked clients either; again - that is the responsibility of the server admins - not Mojang. They should have a forum or other means of contact that you can report them on; and no, it isn't Minecraft Forums (which isn't run by Mojang either).
Also people who use modded clients are NOT hackers, they just stupid people.
