I've been running a lot, A LOT of tests using minecraft and a great collection of softwares and here are some results:
This was the first one that worked.
Software: VooCat+Blender.
Another with the same formula:
This was a comp test that didn't worked so i've posted just one layer. First with Cinema4D.
Software: CineCat+Cinema4D.
This was another comp test, just that worked this time :D. Shot it alone just using different positions in a blue version of the set.
Software: AE CS5.
This one was the first with a full blue set and have some tracking errors.

This one was using almost the same formula from the last one, tracking is fine now and I've spent 30 hours rendering.
