As someone who used to make machinima (and now Let's Plays) I've always been faced with the "copyrighted music dilemma" and, as such, over the years I've toyed with creating original music clips and songs for my projects, but I rarely ever found a fitting use for the tracks I made.

Well, it recently came to mind that I could release the small collection of tracks I accumulated for others to use - if anyone likes them enough to want to do so, of course.

So, basically I am uploading the tracks to YouTube for preview and including a link to download the featured track from my website. As of this posting, I have one such track available with another in the pipe to go out soon (I will update this thread as more tracks are added).

This isn't bad. But you can definitely do better! I will give you a chance, you seem to have the right idea. I am starting a youtube channel. Hopefully anyway, and i need some good music for right? I think you have the ability to make that music. Try making your music a little more fast paced, and dont put 2 beats. You need a melody and a beat ok? Good luck!

Thanks for your interest. You are free to use any tracks that you like, but to reiterate my OP, these are the result of my "dabbling" in music creation over the years; meaning, most of these tracks are several years old and will vary in quality and complexity. I mostly leaned towards more emotional themes, but I have made a few faster paced beats. I'll keep your post in mind and see if I have something that might be a bit more within your interests for the next track I put up.
