Anxious Philosophy (originally called Miner's Philosophy) is a series I started wherein I do the more mundane things in Minecraft (like mining and what not) while discussing a particular topic of interest. It's more about the commentary than the gameplay, in this respect. I wanted to do something that seemed rare in the world of video game commentary, and that is: talk about things that might be too serious and/or "controversial" for a video about playing a game. Oftentimes it can feel like the people we watch don't seem to acknowledge, understand or experience hardships we all go through in our lives and, while having a break from the seriousness of real life is nice, it's also nice sometimes to have someone acknowledge that things aren't always perfect and fun. For that purpose I started Anxious Philosophy, to be a (or, at least one of the seemingly few) beacons of hope and understanding - presented in a form that we can all enjoy and perhaps relate to.The first episode is about social anxiety. I will update this thread with others in time.
The fourth (and most current) installment of Miner's Philosophy is a little different from prior episodes in that I talk about a more opinionated issue that is a bit of a pet peeve of mine: Humor vs. Maturity (i.e. calling someone immature for finding poop funny).
Long time; no new episode... Until now! Finally got around to talking about another subject, "Confidence" and my experiences with lacking it. Feedback/criticism welcome.
