Just a couple of tips on how you can make your videos better:
1) Get rid of the lag, it just ruins the "fun" of watching such videos.
2) Do not record you task-bar, anyone watching these videos wan't to see in-game footage not everything else.
3) The video gets kinda boring to watch when it's just music next to game-play, do some live-commenting to make the video interesting.
And just out of your own interest (hopefully that is) I didn't even care to watch the entire video.
