Hmm, I'm no expert, but it's Meh. Chunks loaded a bit slowly (could be from recording related) and you are running on 'fast' graphics, not 'fancy.'
It just depends on your graphics card, ex. If your graphics card is old but can handle Windows 8, you'll experience maximum lag, but if you have a strong graphics card and speed (Mine is Radeon HD 7670) then MC will run smoothly on Win 8, at least he can run MC.
