I thought it was pretty cool but there are a few ways I can see that it could be better! First off, absolutely, no question, skip the captions. Villager Breeder, Witch Farm, that info isn't necessary unless you're showing off something huge and/or elaborate that really needs a Capital Letter Title. Also absolutely, no scare chord at the end, it ends the video on the wrong mood. I'd suggest a bit more diversity in the stuff you show off, like maybe put some Nether or a cave, abandoned mineshaft or stronghold? An action scene or two, enderman combat maybe?
Overall it's pretty solid, I especially like the choice of music! With just a pinch more polish and variety it could be great!

I actually forgot something too, I just wanted to say that there is one really really strong point in your camera work, the flying parts I mean - they were never slow or dumb or awkward, and that's incredibly rare in straight-up "flying around in Minecraft" segments. Whatever you're doing to make it feel like an actual cinematic camera instead of just a floating Steve's PoV, keep it up!

Honestly, I don't see what's so "edited" about this besides some fade in/fade out effects. It also would have been better if there was something else besides flying and panning throughout the world at low FPS.
