Did a stress test on JL2579's Item Elevator and found it just couldn't keep up. So made a few changes and came up with this prototype. Uses Trip wire instead of a pressure plate and a self refreshing time delayed reset to ensure all items make it up.
Works with 1.4.3 and 1.4.4
