It is very bland. Add some character, depth, contrasting colors, or a gradient of colors. It is too flat.
Spice up the ground. Stone half slabs compliment regular stone and stone bricks very nicely. Maybe even add a nice little creeper face to the ground in front of it.
Make outlines for the building. Highlight it.
And the inside:
It is much better than the floor. Added a nice little pattern to the table and kept up a good theme. I like the chandelier.
The walls are very normal. Put some stairs in the wall and give it a flavor and texture. Get rid of the torches on the walls and light it up with glowstone or redstone lamps if you have room for the power. If not, a nice trapdoor over the glowstone in neat too.
Highlight the walls with a border. Furnaces in the floor look very cool.
Add windows. It makes them not look like a jail cell.
All in all, there is too much of one thing patterned again. This is the stone brick. Add more of something else.
The build is nice and spacious, though the aesthetics are mediocre. Practice with some patterns and styles you like and try again until you find something you like.
