Hello there! Lately I've been seeing more and more arrogant claims from videos of the "Fastest" or "Most Efficient" etc. to find diamonds, and I'm fed up with it. I've actually developed my own way of branch mining to find Diamonds, Coal, Redstone, and Lapis Lazuli faster and more abundantly than their methods. So, I decided to make a video on my technique:
I've also tested this method in another video linked in the page. Here are the results:
Efficiency is defined as "100 * (#ofores/#ofblocksmined)"
These are the results:
3-SPACE:
Total stone + ores mined: 1562
Total ores mined: 254
Coal efficiency: 7.49%, 177 ores.
Iron efficiency: 3.01%, 47 ores.
Gold efficiency: 0.77%, 12 ores.
Redstone efficiency: 3.59%, 56 ores.
Lapis efficiency: 0.58%, 9 ores.
Diamond efficiency: 0.83%, 13 ores.
