Just finished watching your video and I have to say it wasn't bad. I did have a couple of minor problems and there pretty simple.
1. The echoing mic was pretty annoying
2. The change of time was not expected
3. A few dull moments and lack of excitement, but as you said LP always start slow.
So Good job and keep it going, hope the best for you!
Also what was your texture pack, I quite enjoyed it!
