In this video we will be going over the best setups to increase fortune enchantment rates!

Lvl 26 - 27%
Lvl 28 - 31%
Lvl 30 - 33%

As we can see, Lvl 30 is the winner, while it also has a higher Fortune (III) success rate!
Lvl 30 is not always the best for enchanments however, Lvl 26 is the best for Feather Falling IV.. Don't believe me? Check out my other video that explains -
