Hey everyone, my names Adam (or AdamLovesGaming) and I've constructed a mass mob spawning system. While it is true you can use mob spawner's, my idea was for something a little more drastic, to instantaneously spawn many mobs at once, perfect for a survival map or other such thing. Basically, the system uses a redstone signal (Made from a pressure plate, button, whatever) which sends a minecart on a track, which then hits a detector rail, spawning mobs quite fast. At the very end of the video (After i have showcased the second, more advanced design) I show a massive version, using approximately 35 dispensers to spawn over 100 mobs in a matter of seconds.

This video shows off the contraption theoretically; that is, this design i used may not be functional for a map, depending on how you make it. It's up to you to decide how to use it. Oh and i forgot to mention, this method can be multiplied using more dispensers to shoot out minecarts in certain lines.

Im considering making an update video of this design, does anyone have any ideas on how i can add to the system?

make sections of different mob dispensers hook them to loops and then to one main loop. Or make it you can choose what mob to spawn..

I did it where one pressure plate activates multiple dispensers on the minecart track, each with different fitting mobs. I replicated the system to the sides multiple times in order for more spawning to occur.
