It doesn't really look laggy to me. The voice acting isn't actually that terrible either though it is quiet at times. I think putting in more shots of closeups of faces when people are talking would improve the video a lot because its hard to tell who is saying what. With the two main characters I don't rally know which one is which in relation to the talking.
