Well I would like to record myself playing some Crazy Craft, but I don't know what screen recorder to use. I have tried both OBS and Bandicam and they lag my game too much, so much that I can't even move around. My pc is a bit slow at times, and I am running on windows 7. Does anyone have any suggestions of what might work?
It is possible that your computer can't handle both the game and recording. Bandicam and OBS are the most forgiving with fps that I've found and since you've tried those already your computer could just not be strong enough. Try Googling free screen recorders or if possible try the demos of paid ones and see if you have better luck. That is pretty much all you can do.
Edit: I just Googled your processor and it is a single core unit. That is a big problem as recording, as cowmanmine said above me, is cpu intensive.
This might seem redundant to say this, as it has already been posted... but, you ought to list your full system specifications, before anyone can say 'yay' or 'nay' about anything. Here:
Operating system name:(Windows 7, Windows 10, etc.)
Processor:(i3-140, i5-140, Pentium E140, etc.)
Graphics card:(Intel HD, GTX 560, HD 7650m, etc.)
RAM:
As others have also said, Bandicam and OBS are most likely the best choice; regardless of your system's hardware. For high-end Nvidia GPU users, Shadowplay is by far the best option, though. You can find OBS, here and Bandicam, here. Something else to keep in mind is that OBS is entirely free, whereas Bandicam isn't. Bandicam will limit your recording to ten minutes and place a large, intrusive watermark over every video.

I have never heard of shadowplay. I have a NVIDIA GeForce 980x, would that be good enough to use it?

o.o You mean a GTX 980? That's far more than enough power, lol. I'm on a GTX 970, myself. Just open up the GeForce Experience panel and do this:
It is an integrated feature of Nvidia. There's a limited number of settings, but it records in almost completely lossless quality and barely uses any power to record. =)

EDIT: Is there any way to change the microphone to my headset? Or does it automatically do that when I plug it in?

You're welcome. =) And um. There's only a few options for the microphone, but yes. I think it should automatically use it, as long as you have it enabled. Here are the settings:

Yeap, ShadowPlay is pretty good enough. But considering your PC spec there, I recommend you not to record the whole screen mode. Or instead you can try a light online screen recording application offered from showmore.com, for it doesn't take up much CPU for running.

I believe it currently only uses what you have set as your default audio input device in windows. If you right-click the speaker icon in your task bar tray (Bottom right unless you moved the task bar - Screenshot example below), and select 'Recording Devices', it'll open up a window. In that window, select the device you want to use as a microphone, then select 'Set Default'. Depending on the software, some programs might automatically update themselves with this change, others will have to be restarted - It's easiest to just reboot your computer afterwards.
The process should be the same for windows Vista, 7, 8, and 10
Ezvid is really bad. It doesnt allow live commentary and the quality is pretty horrible. The only good thing about it is that it is a recording and editing software in one. Also, it isnt very hard on your comupter, so I guess this may be good for this situation but no other.

I don't honestly think you will be able to do much without some type of monetary investment in hardware. You can spend quite a bit on upgrading your PC to a multi-core processor and tons of RAM and hard drive space. Or a slightly less expensive method would be some type of external capture device that you can plug into your video output from your PC.

Here's some stuff of my pc
140 Processor
3.00GB (2.75 GB usable) RAM
64-bit operating system.
Post your full PC specifications before anyone including I can answer that question.
Try the DxTory or the Fraps, as my answer for you.

If you are on OS X then use Quicktime player
i have a Mac though so I am not sure, but I have seen videos and people have said they use Fraps?
Try HyperCam

Either OBS of Overwolf.
But a single core processor won't get you much. I'd consider an upgrade.

Otherwise if your on Windows 10, while in-game press Windows Key + X.
- C.C.

3 gigs of ram wont do much. There is no way you could record anything with that. I would recommend a RAM upgrade, and cpu. Or buy a new computer.
I recommend obs studio, but shadow play is really good from what I have heard.
Another option is a free hacked version of dxtory, if you do that kind of thing (I don't really like torrenting/hacking personally).
Use bandicam and add an overlay over the watermark using lightworks
