For some odd reason my Sony Vegas 13 Minecraft video's keep getting messed up. It didn't happen before and my render settings are the same. I have tried to render in different formats but no difference.
by the look and fps of your game I can easily assess that you quite simply do not have the specifications to render properly and besides that you've also rendered in 1080p which your resolution clearly isn't and can also cause a huge amount of issues.
Is there any way to make it so my computer can handle it without upgrading it? Maybe decreasing the bitrate or is there some hardware that boosts your pc so it can handle it? I really dont wanna go under 720p on my video's.

What resolution is your monitor? It looks like you are rendering the video at a higher resolution than the recordings, Video quality from rendering does not matter on how fast your computer is. The faster your computer is, the less time it will take, that's it, unless you crash.. (There are executions to what I have stated, for the nerdy people out their)
The recording capture comes out crystal! It comes in 1080p 60fps. I usually use Dxtory but sometimes fraps
What is your bitrate on the rendering? Try increasing it to about 60000 kb, see if that makes a difference. It probably won't, but I getting stumped. Did you ask, if they have one, the Sony or Sony Vegas forms?

I don't quite see what the problem is for you other than the quality of the video looks a little bad.
If you record at 1440x900, but try to upscale the video to 1920x1080 in editing, you're going to get lower quality video.
Your computer is obviously capable of 60fps recording, so why not open minecraft in 1080p resolution to record? It will give you higher quality overall. It will look weird on your monitor, but the file you record will be much better.
As far as render settings, I've always used "Internet HD 1080p .mp4" when going to youtube. You can customize the template to give you 60fps as well.
You shouldn't render in such high quality and fps, your computer's CPU may not be able to handle it and in turn during rendering will bug out.
That seems like the most plausible explanation but it doesn't seem to fix it so I'm rather baffled, you should continue to research until you find out what's wrong.

Render that came out good:

My moniter is 1440 by 900 and I render the video's in 1440 by 1080p
You can't render in 1080 pixels in height if your monitor is only 900.
So what should I render it in? I tried 1280 by 720 but it had the same effect
Render at 1440 by 900. There should be a setting for that, or a least use custom resolution. (I don't use Vegas)

Well I tried rendering it at 1440 by 900, it didn't work, same result
How does the capture video look? The one the recording software puts out.

Still happening. Nothing helps. When trying to make a thread on the sony vegas forums, it wont let me login.
That sucks. I blame sony!

so in other words, I gotta switch editors?
Maybe. Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling. From what I heard, Vegas and Adobe Premier are the go to editors.

I have searched countless hours for a fix, apparently nobody in the world other than me has this problem
