Idea! my person is dinky the dwarf he first appears to be good and he saves the heros once and gives them food and lets em stay in his home but when they awaken they find themselves in a hole and have to get out. He then becomes a antagonist forever making traps for the heros to get stuck in which always have a sign that says 'from your good freind dinky'
