Hello. I was hoping to make a roleplay series, but i have no idea where to start or where to find the help. do you have any ideas? I'm hoping to make a fantasy roleplay or maybe something else along those line.
It depends entirely on what you want to do and how much control you want to have. The problem with doing something like this on someone else's server is the chat (which you will want to turn off for sessions) and possible interference from other people. It may be possible, though, to incorporate these "unscripted events" into your YouTube series, but you will have to be very good with thinking on your feet and your improve acting and ability to stay in character.
This webcomic series follows ImaNewbie as he ventures into the world of Ultima Online. He *tries* to roleplay and keep in character despite the scorn of others playing the game. Mike Hanley, the artist was able to play this idea out over a period of four years and had quite a following. Perhaps you could be something like "ImaNewbie" on https://wynncraft.com/, just as an idea.
But the place you are going to have to start is to find the story you want to tell, and the voice you want to tell it in. Once you get that, THEN you can ask specific questions. But you are the only person to decide on a basic story. Your voice alone can tell that story. There isn't anyone else who could possibly help you on that. If they could, then... they'd be doing it, and they wouldn't need you. ;-)
1) Have voice actors to make the story come to life
2) Have a backstory. It is important to plan out your videos for quality content
3) Use a recording program and an editing program to add music, visual effects and merge clips together. If you have a macbook, iMovie is a good editing tool.
4) Ask for help; form a crew! The more the merrier. With a crew building, skin making (you can use skins found online), editing and filming will be a lot easier.
Feel free to ask for help if you need more advice.

For an idea of what I mean, check http://www.imanewbie.com/main/mainframes.html
