Before I begin let me give you a little bit of history on myself. I began Youtube in 2013 playing Minecraft, I had a great group of guys working alongside me and just one day I became inactive and it all went away, I deleted my channel around end of 2014 and left Minecraft to do other things with my life. Now I want to come back and start things over and hopefully have a better experience this time, and make long lasting friendships.
I would like to start up a new community for the NEWER youtubers, I am currently paying for a hosted server from MCProhosting and hope to make good use of it from this community. I have no problems paying for it each month, but I won't pay for it if no one records on it.
Stuff I was thinking of doing with the server:
- Creating a Vanilla SMP in 1.12.1 like Hermitcraft and branch this out into a full on series where we invite new people each season.
- Creating custom gamemodes and having fun with those. Like Battledome sort of thing.
- Playing adventure maps. Maybe something like Parkour maps? Puzzle Maps or something?
What I need from you:
- Be sure you are ready for a family friendly experience, due to youtubes guidelines we must have a family friendly community.
- Have a youtube channel created and ready to go. If you need help doing this just let me know.
- A half decent computer that can record minecraft at decent framerates, I don't want to see poor quality videos... So basically don't own a potato.
- Enthusiastic personality, people love enthusiastic people and so do I... be sure to bring your best smile to recordings
- And an overall great attitude, no one wants to know someone who is rude and crude...
- A decent microphone, no one wants to watch a person typing for a whole video...
