Hello community! I'm making an animation series called Son Of Herorbine on youtube! The script is almost done, but I have a demo script for any voice actors interested in voicing some of the characters. The characters are as followed:
(Good guys)
Hero - Teen/Not too deep male voice (Main protagonist)
Hero (Child) - any young male with a non-deep voice (Protagonist but at a younger age)
Enchanter - Generic male voice-preferably not too deep (Villager that is rejected about his ideas and enchants tools and weapons for the guards)
Over-seer - Male voice (literally any voice is good)
Guards - at least about 3 male voice actors for this (preferably any male over 15 yrs)
Blacksmith - any male voice will do (preferably grown male or older male)
Villagers - male voices (preferably any male over 15 yrs)
Ghosts - 6 actors, 2 female, 4 male (any voice will do)
Notch - anybody know what Notch sounds like? XD
(Bad Guys)
Herobrine - deep booming male voice
Herobrine (weakened) - a deep but sort of soft male voice
Mystery character (identity will be released during a trailer) - any male voice (preferably any male over 15 yrs)
I will post a small over-view of the story in a different thread! If anybody is interested, please reply below and I'll schedule a skype call for the actual audition! **MUST HAVE REALLY GOOD MIC's AND NO BACKGROUND SOUNDS**
I would love to do a part, I have a blue yeti microphone and I'm currently working on a recording booth to eliminate background noise and echo. Also I'm a 16 yo male

Blue yeti's aren't that good for background sound.
I've tried everything with mine lol. Looks like you know what you're doing though.
Do u have it set to the cardioid mode if not it's going to pick up surrounding sounds also I like the gain a lil over half way. Other than that you need a shock mount so it doesn't pick up the vibrations and some kind of padding an the walls around mic to reduce echo, also a pop filter would help.
