Why do the people that you want to play with need Windows 10? Are you even using the PC(Java) Edition of the game? If not, please update the title of your post so people don't get confused, because a Windows 7 PC can play with a Windows 10 PC over the internet on a server if both are using the same version of Minecraft PC(Java) Edition.
