Cool gameplay, you might want to look into using an emulator however. Gameplay on a DS looks subpar unless you use a capture device. Since you obviously own the game I don't see any legal boundaries?

The whole "I own a copy of a game, so I can legally download the emulated ROM of the game" thing is a myth. Unless one dumped the ROM from a physical copy him or herself, the ROM isn't legal.

Even if it's not legal it still will make you feel better about doing it. If you've bought a copy of the game then you shouldn't feel bad for getting it for free as you've already supported the devs. I've never done this or even played a DS game so this is an outsider's opinion.
