I am starting a UHC series for youtubers under 10k subs called SmallStars UHC. I noticed that most UHC's on youtube require you to be famous or something like that. So, this UHC gives the smaller youtubers, like me, a chance.
There are some requirements though. You MUST meet youtube guidelines. You have to 13 or up to sign up. Youtube has an age requirement, and we don't want to encourage people under 13 to break youtube guidelines.
