Hello everyone. thank you for taking the time to read this cry for advice. I am bigmatis007 and I have a youtube channel that is primarily a Minecraft Lets play series. I also do tutorials when I can think of something that hasn't been invented as well as other games. I feel like I do a pretty decent Lets play and I am improving as I see problem areas. the 2 problems I have are that I cant seem to attract subscribers and not getting any feed back from those that watch. I have been doing this for 9 months and have 10500 views. I feel that that is a pretty decent view count but I only have 73 subscribers. I must be doing something that makes people watch but not good enough to come back. If there is any advice at all that you can give me it would be greatly appreciated. thank you so much for reading this.
where do I make the pole? Do I make a video just for that or is there another more direct way? I like the idea! thank you
Well you could use a website to make a poll, and link it in the description or you could have two different comments in your comment section with different things you should do and see which one gets liked more. No problem for the advice. PM me if there is anything else you need.

Make a poll of what your viewers want. See the thing they want most and record that a lot. Also hope you make 100 subs soon!
